We are looking for our future Consumer Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Ireland or the UK. Let's talk about the role  The   Consumer Marketing  Coordinator - Northern Europe   will play a pivotal role in   supporting the   consumer marketing team   with   marketing   activation , including   consumer engagement and   profitable   growth   in the Nor t hern Europe region . The role is   reporting   directly to the   Northern Europe Consumer Marketing Lead .     This role will act as a key   coordinator and   support   in aligning   our consumer   activation   and execution   with   Res m ed ’s   Global and   EMEA   consumer   strategy and   objectives .     The   Consumer Marketing   Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams (p roduct,   r evenue,   c onsumer   and   p rovider   m arketing) to achieve seamless execution and ensure   the   consumer activation plans can be rolled out across   the Northern Europe region.   Position Description:   The   Coordinator Consumer Marketing   of   Northern Europe   Consumer Marketing   will   be responsible for   supporting   and coordinate the execution of   the   Northern Europe   Consumer   plans   in   various   markets   according to the   direction of   Res m ed ’s   EMEA   Cons umer Marketing strategy .   The role will   support   with,   and   coordinat e ,   creation and   localization of   content   developed for the consumer audience.   Including   oversee the internal review and approval processes   as well as administrat ion and management of   documentation in   Resmed’s   tools and syste ms .   A combination of   coordination   excellence,   influencing skills and managing   complexity   acro ss markets ,   are key   competences   to be successful in this role .   Let’ s   talk about Responsibilities:  Operational Excellence :   Manage day-to-day operations,   enab ling us to execute   with excellence ,   in terms of   internal   stakeholder   communication , and adherence to regional   processes and   standards.   Manage the content review and approval process and documentation management   Support with administrative tasks like purchase order creation and invoice management    Customer Experience & Engagement:   Work closely with the Northern Europe Consumer Marketing   Lead   to coordinate the   direct to consumer   initiatives and roll out of projects in the region    Be the coordinator for our digital marketing tools and assets in the region, like brand site and campaign sites   Support localisation and transcreation of   G lobal / EMEA/Regional   content and   disseminate   across relevant markets in the region   Sales and Marketing Alignment:   Work closely with product, revenue ,   marketing   and E-commerce   teams to ensure correct,   relevant   and effective consumer marketing communication.   Su pport with pilot projects   and roll out across the region.     Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience: Operational Excellence:   Demonstrated experience in   planning, administrative, organisational and communication skills .   Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline and budget requirements.   Determined, results focused, self-motivated,   flexible   and innovative team player.   Highly ethical and acts with utmost integrity   and attention to detail.     Customer Experience & Engagement:   P assion ate   about marketing   and ability to   develop strong cross-functional internal relationships at   different   levels .   Highly adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business and   understanding of   customers   needs.   Previous   direct to consumer   experience is   meritorious.   Sales and Marketing Alignment:   Strong communication and influencing skill , with e xperience   and knowledge   of   marketing   activation   and campaign roll out , where d igital   marketing experience is a plus .   Knowledge   from   w orking with pro ject management tools   and documentation.   Previous   experience in medical device/pharmaceutical/consumer healthcare sales & marketing environment or at marketing agencies working with these industries is   a merit .     Required :   Fluent in English, with   additional   EMEA languages being a plus.   Preferred   Degree qualification in marketing,   advertising   or related discipline   Additional information : At ResMed, all employees benefit from a bonus plan, the percentage of which depends on your position within the organisation.  Competitive benefits  Working from home flexibility You also have access to a referral bonus and to ResMed's preferred shareholding programme  Internal career opportunity - joining an international fast-pace and massively growing company  OK, so what's next?
