Wir suchen Dich als Werkstudent Commercial Education & Sales Enablement (m/w/d). Dein Aufgabengebiet: Pflege und Aktualisierung von Trainingsmaßnahmen, Nutzerprofilen sowie Kursinhalten im LMS (Cornerstone OnDemand) in enger Abstimmung mit dem Commercial Education Team. Administrative Unterstützung im Teilnehmermanagement sowie Organisation von Online‑ und gelegentlich Präsenztrainings inkl. Bereitstellung strukturierter Trainingsunterlagen. Unterstützung bei Sales‑Enablement‑Aktivitäten in Seismic (Uploads, Tagging, Aktualisierungen) sowie Mitarbeit an kleineren Projekten und Trainingskampagnen. Erstellung einfacher Auswertungen und Reports (z. B. Teilnahmequoten) sowie Einsatz von KI‑Tools zur Optimierung von Lernmaterialien und administrativen Prozessen. Mitwirkung an Prozessdokumentation, Standardisierung von Abläufen und Erstbearbeitung interner Anfragen zu Trainings, LMS oder Seismic. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter regulatorischer und unternehmensinterner Qualitätsanforderungen.
