Hlavní zodpovědnosti: Řešení kvalitativních problémů ve výrobě Analýza defektů ve výrobě na denní bázi Spolupráce s týmem kvality auditorů Zajištění předávání informací v rámci týmu, příprava nápravných řešení při kvalitativních problémech Validace a příprava odchylek ve výrobě, na základě risk analýz, revize FMEA... Zastupování společnosti u zákazníka při jednání o kvalitativních problémech a zajištění komunikace se zákazníkem nebo resident inženýrem Valeo  Organizace pravidelných návštěv u zákazníka Zajištění kontroly a evidence systémů zákazníka (B2B) Zajištění rychlé reakce (QR) a provedených opatření během 24 hodin po oznámení reklamace od zákazníka Kontrola nákladů na třídění Koordinace vypracovaných analýz (FTA) pro každou zákaznickou reklamaci Koordinace zavedených nápravných opatření Podpora při řešení reklamací Zajištění soustavného zlepšování nástrojů kvality ve výrobě Účast na procesních auditech Validace produktu a modifikace procesu Požadavky: VŠ vzdělání technického směru nebo SŠ vzdělání s odpovídající praxí Zájem o kvalitu a práci v automobilovém průmyslu Zkušenosti nebo znalosti z oblasti kvality automotive výhodou Aktivní znalost AJ - komunikace se zahraničními zákazníky Aktivní znalost ČJ pro komunikaci s výrobou Řidičský průkaz skup.
