Creating a consumer-centric pipeline of range architecture in partnership with the Head of marketing, master distiller & winemaker Leading the development of specific innovations and project management through stage gate from Stage 0 through to Post Launch analysis Collaborating and interacting with Market companies(China, HK,SG,MY.TW,GTR), Insights COEs , packaging team, master distiller, distillery production team to deliver a pipeline that meets the needs of the key defined markets.
