Votre priorité est d’assurer la partie administrative et support commerciale liées à nos activités services. Missions : Au quotidien, vos missions sont les suivantes : Gestion des demandes clients (appels, courrier, interface entre les différents services...) Emission des devis (vérification du chiffrage chantier, application de la politique commerciale et des recommandations de l'ingénieur commercial, aide à l'émission et au booking des affaires...) Administration des contrats (dossier de booking des affaires, mise à jour de la base de données clients, émission de contrats, préparation administrative des appels d'offres...) Gérer les déclarations de sous-traitance Enregistrer les demandes sur l’outil de gestion de la relation client (CRM). Prendre en charge les demandes de reporting Suivi du process achats et des livraisons Profil : Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans l'assistanat commercial et administratif, idéalement en milieu technique Vous aimez le travail en équipe et vous mettez en avant un sens du service avéré Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, d’initiative et de polyvalence Vous êtes capable de faire face à des interlocuteurs de tous niveaux Vous faites preuve d’une très bonne organisation Vous êtes à l’aise dans l’échange et la communication Qu’avons-nous à vous offrir ?
