Bei uns werden Respekt, Gleichberechtigung und Wertschätzung gelebt.  Projektmeister Modernisierung und Neubau für Aufzüge (m/w/d) Standort:  Regensburg Start: ab sofort IHRE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS   In Ihrem Einsatzgebiet organisieren, steuern und führen Sie Ihr Montage Team in der Modernisierung und im Neubau Dabei spielt die Motivation und Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter eine wichtige Rolle  Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften und gehen mit gutem Beispiel voran  Darüber hinaus verantworten Sie den kompletten Prozess, von Auftragsübernahme bis zur TÜV-Abnahme, für die Modernisierung diverser Bestandsanlagen (auch Fremdanlagen) und Neuanlagen Im Rahmen des Bestandskundenmanagement sind Sie erster Ansprechpartner unserer Kunden und stehen mit Ihrem technischen Know-how beratend zur Seite  Für einen reibungslosen Ablauf arbeiten Sie eng mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen (bspw.
