En tant que nouveau stagiaire vos missions seront :  Nous recrutons un Stagiaire Ingénieur(e) Qualité H/F Vos challenges ? En tant que Stagiaire Qualité au sein de notre Site de Saint Quentin Fallavier, votre rôle sera de garantir le respect des standards qualité Valeo. Vous participerez activement au déploiement des outils nécessaires pour atteindre l'objectif de "zéro défaut" client, et mènerez les analyses rigoureuses pour éradiquer tout défaut détecté. Nous privilégions la poursuite en alternance à l’issue du stage. Missions : L’analyse des rejets générés par les différentes lignes de production, La vérification de la bonne application des plans de contrôle définis, La caractérisation des défauts avec l’outil 5W2H, La participation aux QRQC internes, L’analyse des réclamations clients avec l’outil PDCA-FTA, Le pilotage des indicateurs de performance qualité. Compétences : Maîtrise des fondamentaux Qualité : Solides connaissances et capacité à appliquer les outils qualité de base (AMDEC, Plan de Surveillance/Contrôle, résolution de problèmes selon des méthodologies reconnues comme 8D, 5 Pourquoi, Ishikawa, etc.). Aisance avec les outils bureautiques et numériques : Bonne maîtrise des outils Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) et Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) pour l'analyse de données, le reporting et la communication. Appétence pour le milieu industriel/technique : Compréhension des bases du génie industriel (mécanique, électrique, matériaux) afin de pouvoir appréhender les processus de production et les enjeux de la qualité dans ce contexte. Compétences linguistiques : Niveau d'anglais opérationnel (écrit et oral) pour interagir avec les équipes internationales, lire des spécifications techniques et rédiger des rapports si nécessaire. Rigueur et communication écrite : Excellente capacité de rédaction pour formaliser clairement les procédures, les rapports d'audit, les analyses de causes racines et les plans d'actions. A propos de vous : Formation : Étudiant(e) en école d'ingénieur ou à l'université, avec une spécialisation en Génie Industriel et Qualité., Compétences et Qualités : Autonome, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, pour vos capacités d'analyse et votre esprit d’équipe mais aussi votre curiosité et votre ouverture d'esprit, Motivation : Vous aimez la diversité des missions et souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement stimulant.
