Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, nous recherchons un Key Account Manager H/F afin de prendre en charge un portefeuille clients internationaux dédiés aux systèmes d'essuyage (moteurs, balais, bras balais, sensor cleaning).  Vos missions : Participer à des réponses à appels d’offre (RFQ) Mener les négociations  Être responsable du Chiffre d'Affaires et de son évolution  Négocier les prix en cas de modification (technique, volumes, matières premières et inflation)  Elaborer et négocier les plans de productivité Assurer la liaison avec les équipes internes Valeo (ADV, Projet, Usines) Gérer la relation avec le client en cas de réclamations et de crise logistique et/ou qualité À propos de vous : Titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 avec une spécialisation en Commerce / Négociation, vous disposez d’une expérience commerciale de 3 années minimum sur un poste orienté Grands Comptes.  Reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles et votre rigueur, vous aimez le travail d’équipe et possédez une grande aisance dans le maniement des chiffres et des outils bureautiques.
