Werden Sie Teil unseres VALEO-Teams und revolutionieren Sie das Erlebnis des autonomen und vernetzten Fahrens.   Wir suchen SIE für unseren Standort in Bietigheim   Diese Herausforderungen erwarten Sie: Verantwortung für die Entwicklung elektromechanischer Systeme in Kundenprojekten Abstimmung technischer Anforderungen mit Kunden und Lieferanten Erstellung der Ablaufplanung für die Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit den R&D-Fachabteilungen Nachverfolgung von Arbeitspaketen mit starkem Fokus auf die Hardware und mechanisches Design Monitoring des Projektfortschritts sowie Aufzeigen von Abweichungen und Herbeiführen von back-on-track Maßnahmen sowie Lösungen zur Zielerreichung Übernahme von Leitungsaufgaben für Projekte innerhalb der Plattform sowie Umsetzung und Steuerung der Entwicklungsprozesse nach ASPICE und Valeo Standards, wie z.B. SPIH Professionelle Kommunikation mit externen und internen Kunden, Management, Teams und Lieferanten Damit begeistern Sie uns: Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium mit fundierten betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnissen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Automotive-Bereich Erfahrung im Projektmanagement Erfahrung im Bereich Ultrasonic Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeiten/ -potenzial Teamfähigkeit, ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und vorausschauende analytische Arbeitsweise Warum Valeo?
