Depending on his/her scope, the incumbent will be in charge of one the domain :   Budget Budget Awareness : Demonstrate awareness of project budgets and strive to optimize resource utilization within their scope of work.   Support operations : Technical Solution Execution : Execute technical solutions for engineering tasks within defined projects, focusing on Newness levels 1-2 (fully applied or design based on existing rules). Problem Solving Support : Actively participate in problem-solving initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers, applying Valeo standard methodologies like QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) to analyze issues and contribute to solution finding. Technical Documentation : Prepare clear and concise technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and presentations, to effectively communicate their work..   Competencies: Technical Development : Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge within the Discipline, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements. Technical Coaching : Provide technical guidance and support to Discipline Junior Engineers, fostering their onboarding and skill development. Design Standard Application : Apply existing design standards effectively in their work, ensuring alignment with Valeo's guidelines and best practices. Efficiency : Digitalization Roadmap Adoption : Actively adopt and utilize digital tools and processes outlined in the Discipline's Digitalization Roadmap to enhance efficiency and productivity. Continuous Improvement Contribution : Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for optimization within their scope of work and suggesting improvements to existing processes.   Innovation : Innovative Thinking : Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and contribute innovative ideas to enhance existing solutions or develop new approaches. Intellectual Property Awareness : Develop an understanding of intellectual property protection and contribute to the identification of potentially patentable inventions.   Collaboration and Influence : Effective Communication : Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders within the team, ensuring clear and concise information exchange. Teamwork : Collaborate effectively with other engineers and team members to achieve project objectives and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Professional Experience   0-3 years of experience in Discipline Engineering activities in automotive or relevant industries.   Engineering Degree Foundational technical knowledge within the Discipline. Ability to apply engineering principles and practices to solve technical problems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise. Basic understanding of design standards and methodologies. Familiarity with digital tools and software relevant to the Discipline.
