Wir suchen SIE als Mitarbeiter Steuerungsbau  - SPS Spezialist (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Wemding Diese Herausforderungen erwarten Sie: Eigenverantwortliche Projektierung und Entwicklung von SPS- Steuerungen und Programmen sowie Bedienoberflächen für Prüf- und Fertigungsanlagen Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anlagen im Hinblick auf Qualität, Effizienz und Verfügbarkeit Unterstützung des Fertigungspersonals bei der Fehlersuche und Störungsbeseitigung Fehleranalyse, Reparatur und Inbetriebnahme von Fertigungsanlagen Schulung der Einsteller in Fehleranalyse und -behebung Vernetzung der Fertigungslinien mittels Feldbus- und Netzwerktechnik Anbindung von Fertigungsanlagen an Produktionsdatenbanken Definition von Datenstrukturen und Kommunikationsprotokollen für interne und externe Systemkommunikation Validierung und Bewertung von SPS-Programmen hinsichtlich Funktionalität und Einhaltung interner Standards . Damit begeistern Sie uns: Ausbildung als Elektroniker (m/w/d) mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker, ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierungstechnik Fundierte Kenntnisse in der SPS-Programmierung und Anwendung verschiedener Systeme (z. B. Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT, Codesys) Praxiswissen im Umgang mit Industrierobotern, elektrischen Antrieben und Pneumatiksystemen Erfahrung in Reparatur, Instandhaltung und Fehlersuche an elektrischen Anlagen, elektronischen Geräten und Steuerungen Kenntnisse im Einrichten und Betreuen von Kamerasystemen sowie im Programmieren mit Hochsprachen (z. B. Python, C#) Strukturierte, selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Belastbarkeit und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Warum Valeo?
