Werkstudent Talent Acquisition (m/w/d) Standort: Berlin Start: ab sofort (max. 20 Wochenstunden/befristet für 2 Jahre) DEINE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS Du unterstützt das Talent Acquisition Team bei allen administrativen Tätigkeiten im Rahmen des Recruiting Prozesses, dazu gehört die Bearbeitung von Tickets, die Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen oder auch die Bearbeitung von Reisekostenabrechnungen von Bewerbern. Zudem unterstützt du im Active Sourcing, indem du passende Kandidaten über unterschiedliche Kanäle (z.B. XING & LinkedIn) identifizierst und hilfst uns somit beim Aufbau einer einer Bewerberpipeline. Sehr wichtig für den Ablauf unserer Prozesse ist die gewissenhafte Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten und ein regelmäßiges Reporting entsprechender Kennzahlen. Sobald Deine Einarbeitung vorbei ist und das Tagesgeschäft läuft, binden wir dich auch gerne in verschiedene Projekte ein (bspw. bei Themen zum Employer Branding, Hiring von Nachwuchszielgruppen, etc.). DEINE TALENTE ZUM ERFOLG Du bist in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Studiengang immatrikuliert und konntest wünschenswerterweise schon erste Berufserfahrung im Rahmen von Praktika oder anderen Werkstudententätigkeiten sammeln. Für uns wichtig ist, dass du Interesse an der Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten hast. Darüber hinaus legen wir viel Wert auf ein ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschickt in Verbindung mit strukturierter und selbstständiger Arbeitsweise. Zudem solltest du gut mit MS Office umgehen können und auch anderen Softwarelösungen offen gegenüberstehen. Du bringst zudem sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
