The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and be capable of driving projects independently from concept to delivery, while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams, especially in an English-speaking environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage R&D project independently, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. - Develop project plans, allocate resources, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Collaborate closely with R&D, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive project progress. - Manage project documentation, reporting, and meeting minutes. - Communicate effectively in English with global teams to ensure clarity and transparency. - Continuously optimize project processes to improve efficiency and team collaboration. Qualifications -  Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. -  3~5 years of project management experience with proven ability to lead R&D projects independently. -  Familiarity with mechanical or industrial product development processes; manufacturing background is a plus. -  Strong English communication skills, capable of working in an English-speaking environment. -  Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, MS Office, etc. -  PMP or other project management certifications are preferred. -  Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
