Koordynacja Portfolio Oferty Płatnej: Zapewnienie poprawności konfiguracji i spójności wszystkich płatnych pakietów i ofert w systemach e-commerce, we współpracy z zespołami sprzedażowymi Zarządzanie Ofertą TVOD: Planowanie, utrzymanie i rozwój katalogu treści TVOD w ścisłej współpracy z dostawcami treści i zespołami wewnętrznymi Analiza Rynku: Bieżący monitoring konkurencji i trendów w obszarze usług wideo/OTT, przygotowywanie cyklicznych raportów i rekomendacji dla zespołu produktowego Rozwój Produktu Streamingowego: Aktywny udział we wdrażaniu nowych funkcjonalności, testowanie i zgłaszanie rekomendacji usprawnień na podstawie analizy danych i trendów rynkowych Nasze Oczekiwania.. . Paid Offer Portfolio Coordination: Ensuring correct configuration and consistency of all paid packages and offers across e-commerce systems, in collaboration with sales teams TVOD Offer Management: Planning, maintaining, and developing the TVOD content catalogue in close cooperation with content providers and internal teams Market Analysis: Ongoing monitoring of competition and trends in the video/OTT services sector, preparing regular reports and recommendations for the product team Streaming Product Development: Active participation in implementing new functionalities, testing, and providing improvement recommendations based on data analysis and market trends Qualifications & Experience... We are looking for someone who combines product experience with a strong understanding of the VOD market. At least 3 years of experience in managing streaming/OTT service offerings or a digital product aimed at individual users Excellent knowledge of the streaming/OTT services market and content distribution models Strong analytical skills, proficiency in working with data, ability to analyze and translate insights into concrete recommendations and product actions Experience collaborating on defining requirements and supporting the implementation of new digital functionalities Proactive attitude, independence, and excellent ability to prioritize tasks and work cross-functionally Well-developed interpersonal communication and teamwork skills Ability to communicate fluently in English (minimum B2 level) We Offer...
