At the Valeo plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice, we manufacture powertrain systems that support the reduction of fuel consumption and lower exhaust emissions. This includes starters, air throttles, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves, electromechanical actuators, and innovative electric drives. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a multi-product system engineering team to execute project tasks Requirements Management: Manage customer requirements, system architecture, and technical standards Testing & Validation: Conduct qualification, verification, and system validation tests System Integration: Integrate new product software with test benches based on Vector solutions (CANoe, CANalyzer) Technical Lead: Drive technical aspects for Smart Actuators and eMotors across the product range Stakeholder Communication: Ensure technical clarification and on-time task delivery Production Support: Support production and warranty processes through root cause analysis and corrective actions Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years in System Engineering (automotive or industrial applications) Education: Degree in Electromechanical Systems or a related engineering field Technical Skills : Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and proficiency in Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer) Languages: Proficiency in English and Polish (written and verbal) Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in international teams Nice to have: Knowledge and ability to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools What We Offer: Attractive working conditions with remote work flexibility (hybrid model possibility) Access to comprehensive internal and external training and development programs Private medical care (Medicover) with a wide range of services Additional health and life insurance coverage Participation in the Employee Retirement Program (PPE) Access to the MyBenefit Cafeteria platform (including the Medicover Sport card subsidy) and other social allowances Job: R&D Team Leader/Architect Organization: Test & Validation Schedule: Full time Employee Status: Regular Job Type: Permanent contract Job Posting Date: 2025-11-25 Join Us !
