Job Title Service Sales Administrator Role Overview: We’re seeking an Administrator based in Dartford, London or Leicester, to join our Delivery Operations Team, who’s ready to help us deliver on our commitments today, plan our strategy for the future and leave their fingerprints on the organization for years to come. The successful candidate will… Maintain records within Otis’s systems such as Microsoft CRM system. Monitor and report on customer portals where required. Support local team with administration of all aspect of maintenance contracts. Support the local sales team on tenders for new and renegotiated contracts Provide all aspects of general support with a focus on sales, however at certain times there may be a requirement to cover other support activities across the London Operating Territory. What You Will Need to be Successful: Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Have strong administration skills, ideally from a construction or service industry environment Have good planning, problem solving and communication skills What's in it for me?
