In this role, you will lead the product development from a technical perspective, overseeing system architecture design, requirements management, and R&D team coordination. Working closely with a global System Architect team, you will drive optimal system design, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards for vehicle functionalities. ■ Responsibilities Define and manage R&D schedules and budgets Monitor progress toward project milestones, lead daily meetings and task forces to identify and resolve issues Conduct cross-functional design reviews in collaboration with other departments (e.g., Purchasing, Manufacturing) Act as a key technical interface with the customer, translating their requirements into internal actions Manage and align activities of R&D contributors (across Software, Hardware, Mechanical, etc.) Design and optimize the system architecture in accordance with product strategy and standardization policies Break down system-level requirements and allocate them appropriately to relevant engineering domains (SW, HW, Mechatronics) [Requirements] 10+ years of experience in system development projects and team management Hands-on experience as a System Architect Strong understanding of ASPICE and related development processes Fluent in Japanese and English (Advanced level) Professional background in the automotive industry [Preferred Qualifications] Experience and knowledge in the field of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) [Others] Annual salary: 11 (million yen) Negotiable depending on experience Team structure: 10 members Job: R&D Department/Product Manager Organization: Engineering System Schedule: Full time Employee Status: Regular Job Type: Permanent contract Job Posting Date: 2025-10-29 Join Us !
