Leidos is seeking energetic, motivated, self-starters for these technically sophisticated and challenging cybersecurity engineering positions.  Cybersecurity Co-ops may develop complex, defensive cybersecurity solutions for trainer systems and their development environments, and assess and upgrade Linux servers and workstations.  All work is developed and executed in a Linux OS environment.  All work is directly applicable to actual military training systems.  Co-op students will gain invaluable, real-world experience on state-of-the-art computer-based systems.   This co-op rotation will start in May 2026 and conclude in December 2026.   Subsequent co-op rotations are available for those who require multiple co-op experiences. Basic Qualifications: • You MUST be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical degree, have at least a 3.2 GPA, and be able to demonstrate solid Linux system and defensive cybersecurity skills. • You MUST be available to work at least 7 months full time as a co-op. • You MUST have U.S. Citizenship and be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government granted security clearance. Employment is contingent on receiving an interim Secret security clearance. • You WILL be working in a professional environment and contributing to systems that will be used throughout the U.S. Navy. Pay Range: Pay Range $48,100.00 - $86,950.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
