Provide ongoing feedback on lead trends, objections, and market insights to inform strategic improvements. Follow Up Cadence: Consistency and thoroughness in multiple outreach attempts for both leads and opportunities Required Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered. 1–3 years of experience in sales support, business development, customer engagement, or related roles. Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools. Strong understanding of lead management processes and sales pipelines. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections with professionalism.
