About the Programme Our Career (rotational) Development Programme (CDP) is a three-year journey for ambitious mechanical engineers (0–2 years’ experience). You’ll rotate through three 12-month assignments , gaining hands-on experience in areas such as, but not limited to): Design and Maintenance Plant Operations and Manufacturing Production and Project Engineering Start-up & Commissioning Operations Excellence and Mechanical Integrity At least one rotation will be at a plant site, giving you real-world exposure. Potential locations may include, but are not limited to, the following.
