⠀                                                                                                           Join our Business Aviation Training Centre in Vienna (Schwechat) as a Ground School Instructor , supporting CAE’s global Business Aviation Training team. Our newly opened centre hosts state‑of‑the‑art Full Flight Simulators, including the G550, PH100/300, Global 7500, and Global 6000 Vision, with capacity to expand to nine simulators. This 8,000‑sqm facility is designed to provide the most advanced pilot training environment in Central Europe. In this role, you will: Deliver classroom‑based Ground School instruction for initial and recurrent courses. Provide training using VSIM and deliver instruction on IPT during initial ground school. Ensure accurate, timely completion of trainee records in accordance with CAE standards. Work hands‑on with the latest aircraft technologies and high‑fidelity training systems. Mentor and support aviation professionals from diverse backgrounds. Contribute to creating a high‑quality, customer‑focused training environment. Collaborate closely with internal teams and client partners. The position is full‑time, onsite, based at our Vienna Training Centre. Minimum Qualifications Experience operating high‑performance aircraft. Strong proficiency in English (spoken, written, and comprehension). Ability and willingness to maintain accurate and timely training records. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and web‑based applications). Flexibility to work a full‑time, onsite schedule in Vienna (Schwechat). Residence within a commutable distance to the Training Centre. Willingness to spend a period of time outside Austria for initial type ratings. Right to live and work in Austria (desirable). Preferred Qualifications Previous instructional experience (CFI certification preferred but not mandatory). Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, or develop colleagues in the aviation industry.
