Como Customer Service Representative, te encargarás de: Gestión y resolución de incidencias de clientes, principalmente relacionadas con facturación. Llevar a cabo la gestión de la cuenta de clientes. Proporcionar un servicio de atención al cliente para garantizar su satisfacción. Hacer seguimiento de los procesos administrativos y recopilación de información. ¿Qué estamos buscando? Formación relacionada con el puesto, con experiencia en gestión y trato con clientes para la resolución de incidencias. Enfoque al servicio y satisfacción del cliente. Persona resolutiva, con capacidad de adaptación y mejora de procesos. Preferible dominio de SAP y herramientas MS Office (Excel). Imprescindible español nativo. Otros idiomas serán valorables: Portugués e Inglés. ¿Qué te ofrecemos? Salario Competitivo: Basado en la experiencia y habilidades. Ayuda económica para el teletrabajo (3 días en la oficina, 2 en casa). Días de vacaciones: 22 días + días de adecuación de jornada. Horarios flexibles (viernes + julio y agosto horario intensivo).
