Als Sales Support ben jij de verbindende schakel die onze agentschappen en interne teams helpt om processen soepel en volgens onze hoge standaarden te laten verlopen . Jij draagt bij aan een cultuur waarin klantgerichtheid, veiligheid en efficiëntie centraal staan. Over de rol Als Sales Support ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen agenten, interne teams en klanten. Je combineert elementen van binnendienst en buitendienst en hebt een sterke focus op logistiek, ordermanagement en klantcommunicatie . Jouw doel is om agenten optimaal te ondersteunen, zodat zij hun werk efficiënt en succesvol kunnen uitvoeren. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Coördinatie & ondersteuning: Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor agentschappen en interne stakeholders bij Air Products. Relatiebeheer: Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met agentschappen, inclusief het managen van contracten en het behandelen van klachten. Training & begeleiding : Agentschappen trainen in tools, processen en nieuwe standaarden (cultuur en gedrag). Supply Chain support: Alles wat supply chain betreft bij agentschappen, inclusief stocktelling en informatie-uitwisseling. Procesverbetering: Meedenken over beleid en implementatie van nieuwe werkwijzen. Communicatie : Informatie doorspelen naar interne teams en agentschappen. Systemen : Werken met SAP en andere interne tools. Wat breng jij mee? Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om weerstand om te buigen. Ervaring in accountmanagement of relatiebeheer . Hands-on mentaliteit en het vermogen om overzicht te bewaren in een dynamische omgeving. Kennis van SAP of vergelijkbare systemen. Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Frans , Engels ( Engels is de voertaal binnen het bedrijf) Je staat stevig in je schoenen en kunt duidelijk uitleg geven en weerwoord bieden.
