Pour ce poste de Responsable de site , nous attendons une personne de terrain , qui aura pour principales responsabilités : Superviser l’ensemble des opérations : PG et Hélium. Manager et accompagner une équipe d’une dizaine de personnes : formation, développement des compétences, évaluations annuelles. Garantir la conformité EHS et sûreté : appliquer et faire respecter les standards Air Products en matière d’environnement, hygiène, sécurité et sûreté pour les employés, sous-traitants et visiteurs. Assurer la qualité et la performance de production : suivi des activités, atteinte des objectifs tout en garantissant la qualité des produits. Piloter la performance opérationnelle : approvisionnements, budget, facturation, inventaires hélium (objectif zéro perte), suivi des flux et des registres de production. Préparer et superviser un projet majeur : installation d’un liquéfacteur.   Profil attendu : Diplôme en ingénierie, chimie, industrie ou équivalent . Une formation technique est un atout, mais un profil non technique avec forte expérience industrielle est également considéré. Expérience confirmée 10ans+ en management. Excellentes compétences en leadership , avec la capacité à fédérer les équipes et à prendre des décisions stratégiques. Solides compétences techniques et notions en process chimie ou maintenance industrielle (lecture PID, compresseurs, conteneurs etc).
