Nature and Scope        此操作人員將會負責廠內的生產作業能安全地被執行. 操作員有時需要進行相關生產設備的預防保養工作, 包括協助機械及儀電維修人員進行相關生產設備的維修工作.        此外該職位要求任職者時刻保持警惕並注意周圍環境和操作設備。在職者通常在工廠中獨立工作。操作員是一個非常活躍的職位，需要一個人在截止日期之前執行，適應任何工廠情況並能夠快速，自信地反應這些情況        The operator will be responsible for safe production activities in the plant. The operator is sometimes required to perform preventative maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment in the production of compressed gas and cryogenic liquids. In addition to the daily responsibilities, operators are required to assist plant mechanics and electrical personal in all aspects of transfill maintenance.       This position requires the incumbent to be alert and aware of surroundings and operating equipment at all times. Incumbent typically works independently in the plant. An operator is an extremely active position requiring a person to perform under deadlines, adapt to any plant situation, and be able to respond to those situations quickly and confidently. DIMENSIONS PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 負責生產課內所屬之機械設備每日一級檢查及每月自動檢查。 Responsible for daily and monthly inspections for assigned equipment. 責任區域內之環境5S維護及機械設備5M之分配。 Environmental 5S maintenance and 5M distribution of mechanical equipment in the area of responsibility. 負責產品之生產流程及其他生產事務之立即處理。         Responsible for the production process of the product and the immediate handling         of other production affairs. 不合格品之管制及處理。         Control and treatment of unqualified products. 協助品質異常事件之原因分析及矯正措施擬定。 Assist in the analysis of the causes of abnormal quality events and the formulation of corrective measures 準時參與廠內每月之安環會議。    Participate in the monthly safety and environmental meeting in the factory on time 遵循標準作業程序執行工單交付之生產作業。 Follow the standard operating procedures to perform the production operations delivered by the work order JOB REQUIREMENTS 大專理工相關科系 , 基礎英文 College, science and engineering related subjects, basic English ORGANIZATION CHART 生產課課長 生產操作員 Open   We are the world’s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
