As a Financial Control Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring and financial reporting processes in line with company policies and global standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in  Business Administration, Economics , or a related field Advanced proficiency in  MS Office applications , especially Excel Minimum  2 years of experience  in budgeting, financial reporting, or controlling (experience in audit firms is a strong asset) Strong  analytical, communication, problem-solving , and  teamwork  skills Self-motivated,  goal-oriented , and highly organized Experience with  ERP systems  (e.g., JDE Edwards) is an advantage Ability to manage  multiple tasks , set priorities, and meet deadlines effectively Good command of both  written and spoken English Responsibilities Participate in  month-end closing processes  and prepare monthly financial results in accordance with  US GAAP Support the  annual audit process  in coordination with auditors and the accounting team Assist in the company’s  budgeting, planning, and forecasting  activities Monitor and report on  KPIs , targets, forecasts, and  actual vs. budget variances Analyze financial data and provide  insights on financial performance Prepare  ad-hoc reports and analyses  as requested by management Execute  financial controlling activities  in line with  Otis internal procedures and global policies Top Benefits: Gross salary payment, meal, transportation, private health insurance and social allowance. 24/7 employee assistant program including specifically psychological support.
