They assist customers with product information and advice, but also problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques. You will also be able to assist in the warehouse and accurately pick, pack and dispatch stock orders in a timely manner. As a team player, you’ll be proactive in keeping our warehouse tidy. Duties include: Interpret parts Process stock; receive, dispatch & store Process customer orders Efficiently dispatch products and parts Promote specials Arrange buy ins Process customer credits First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone) Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first , ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
