The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a positive mindset, great communication skills and be a team player. Duties and responsibilities: Assist in the daily Stores and Sales operations. Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries. Assisting with general branch support and administration. Work collaboratively with other departments Being the first point of contact for the branch, service the customers. At least 6 months to a years’ experience in Customer service or warehouse Driver’s License is essential Mechanical aptitude with gasket, hydraulic, rotary, and mechanical seal knowledge is advantageous. Computer literate at an intermediate level (Outlook etc) Ability  to participate in ongoing training and be open to new ideas. Desire to learn quickly. Proven  safety and quality focus & the ability to perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with Company's Health & Safety policies & procedures.
