Date Posted: 2025-11-26 Country: Morocco Location: Coline Business Center, n°442, La Coline II, Californie -Ain Chock- Casablanca,Casablanca,20190,Morocco General Admin Officer (h/f) – IBAME Otis développe son activité et recherche un(e) General Admin Officer (H/F/X) pour intégrer notre périmètre IBAME « Garant du bon fonctionnement des services généraux, ce poste coordonne les infrastructures, la maintenance, les déplacements, le support exécutif et la gestion de la flotte pour assurer l’efficacité opérationnelle de l’entreprise. » Responsabilités principales En collaboration avec le département Immobilier et Infrastructures d'IBAME et le service Achats Maroc : centraliser et formaliser les besoins en infrastructures, équipements et services ; assurer la liaison avec le service Achats pour la sélection des fournisseurs. Support aux agences : être le principal interlocuteur pour les services généraux, suivre les besoins en approvisionnement et garantir la maintenance dans toutes les agences. Gestion des déplacements : organiser et suivre les déplacements professionnels (vols, hôtels) du personnel, au niveau national et international. Supervision des services généraux : superviser l'accueil, le courrier, le nettoyage, la sécurité incendie et les contrats de maintenance ; gérer les fournitures de bureau, les déménagements et les interventions techniques. Support à la direction : gérer l'agenda, les déplacements, les réunions et les événements internes de l'équipe de direction ; accueillir et assister les clients et partenaires. Gestion de la flotte : coordonner le parc automobile de l'entreprise, suivre les affectations et la maintenance, et collaborer avec le service Achats pour les renouvellements. Profil : Licence ou Master en gestion, administration ou domaine connexe. Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience à un poste similaire. Maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Connaissance des procédures administratives et de la gestion des services généraux. Capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler de manière autonome. Sens de l’organisation et souci du détail. Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité. Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale. Proactivité et esprit d’initiative.
