In deze commerciële rol ben jij het gezicht van Otis richting onze klanten en partners. Wat ga je doen? Als Accountmanager Buitendienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen, uitbreiden en onderhouden van een sterke klantenportefeuille binnen regio Oost Nederland. Je adviseert klanten en prospects over onze oplossingen variërend van liftinstallaties tot modernisering en service en vertaalt hun wensen naar een passend technisch en commercieel voorstel. Je voert het volledige verkooptraject uit: van het inventariseren van klantbehoeften, het opstellen en presenteren van offertes tot het onderhandelen en succesvol afronden van opdrachten. Je werkt nauw samen met onze verkoop binnendienst, technische experts en projectteams om een optimale klantbeleving te garanderen. In deze rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, een strategisch adviseur en een betrouwbare partner in het realiseren van duurzame mobiliteitsoplossingen. Jouw standplaats is ons kantoor in Zwolle. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: Actief onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantrelaties binnen jouw regio Signaleren van commerciële kansen en deze vertalen naar concrete deals Adviseren over Otis-oplossingen en maatwerkoplossingen op technisch-commercieel niveau Opstellen, presenteren en opvolgen van offertes Voeren van onderhandelingen en afsluiten van contracten Samenwerken met interne teams om klantbehoeften nauwkeurig te vertalen naar uitvoerbare oplossingen Vertegenwoordigen van Otis tijdens klantbezoeken, events en netwerkactiviteiten Wat mag jij van ons verwachten? Salaris: €3.609 - €4.344 afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. Een aantrekkelijke bonusregeling. Thuiswerkvergoeding en onkostenvergoeding.
