Position: Analytics Product Manager Job Description: Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a part of Arrow Electronics, brings innovative IT solutions to market to solve complex business challenges. Purpose of the Role The Analytics Product Manager is responsible for the vision, roadmap, and value realization of BIAR’s ( B usiness I ntelligence, A nalytics & R eporting) analytics products. This role ensures that operational reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions are treated as products — with clear ownership, prioritization, measurable impact, and continuous improvement. The Analytics Product Manager acts as the primary interface between business stakeholders, BIAR delivery teams, IT data teams, and Data Governance. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and maintain the analytics product vision and multi-year roadmap Translate business priorities into structured analytics use cases Manage and prioritize demand across regions and functions Ensure alignment with enterprise BI modernization initiatives Value Delivery & Adoption Define success metrics and expected business outcomes for analytics products Monitor adoption, usage, and stakeholder satisfaction Drive continuous improvement of delivered solutions Stakeholder & Interface Management Serve as central point of contact for senior business stakeholders Align closely with IT regarding data availability, timelines, and feasibility Collaborate with Data Governance on KPI definitions, glossary alignment, and data access principles Portfolio Governance Establish lifecycle management for dashboards and reports Promote standardization and reuse over one-off solutions Ensure transparency in prioritization and delivery pipeline What we are looking for: 5+ years experience in analytics, BI, or data-driven product environments Strong business acumen and understanding of operational processes Experience managing cross-functional initiatives Ability to operate in a matrix, multinational environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with Power BI and modern data platforms Success Measures (First 12 Months) Clear and agreed analytics roadmap Transparent demand intake and prioritization process Increased adoption of standardized analytics products Strong collaboration model established with IT and Data Governance Do you see yourself as our future colleague?
