The Business Operations Associate team is responsible for supporting the Sales team within Arrow. The Business Operations Analyst is a crucial element to ensuring the data is accurate and the process is running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing: Responsible for the day-to-day sales and customer support service activities for assigned accounts. Place the order with the Supplier and provide follow-up to ensure accuracy. Review Orders and documentation to guarantee all the data is accurate. Approve Purchase Orders Send the Purchase Order to the Supplier. Solved any rejections and worked with the returns. Provide status to the sales team or the customer. Review Backlog report to make sure all the PO are being addressed. What We Are Looking For: 2+ years of Experience with Operations and Customer Service. Intermediate-Advanced Excel (Lookup & Reference, Logical functions, Concatenation and Pivot Tables). ERP/CRM Experience Advanced English Skills (Written and conversation fluent) The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (Preferred) Oracle or Salesforce Experience Purchase experience (PO placement, tracking, backlog management).
