Detta är en deltidsroll och vi söker dig som är svensktalande men kanske bor eller studerar i Danmark och är på jakt efter ett studiejobb vid sidan om. Vårt team i Herlev hanterar alla inkommande samtal och larm från kunder och hissanvändare i Sverige, Danmark och Norge. I den här rollen blir du den trygga kontaktpunkten för inkommande samtal från våra svenska och norska kunder som rapporterar om hiss som fastnat eller andra tekniska problem. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innefattar: Ta emot/vidarekoppla samtal och svara på larm Återkoppling till kunder Skapande av arbetsordrar Kommunikation med hissteknikerna Upprätthålla en översikt om information från servicecheferna Vi söker dig som: Kan kommunicera utan hinder på svenska och engelska, samt är bekväm att ta samtal från norska kunder Har erfarenhet av att arbeta med kundservice och är trygg med telefonen som arbetsverktyg Har pågående studier i minst 1 år framåt Vidare är det viktigt med flexibilitet. Våra Customer Care Assistants arbetar i ett rullande schema och du förväntas kunna ta upp till 2 pass i veckan (6 timmar per pass), samt ha möjlighet att kunna byta pass med en kollega vid behov. Arbetet utförs på kontoret i Herlev, där du alltid kommer ha en dansktalande kollega på plats som hanterar alla samtal och larm från Danmark. Passen blir lagda i följande tidsrum: Måndag till fredag: 15:00-21:00 eller 16:00-22:00 Lördag och Söndag: 10:00-16:00 Vi tror att du är en kundfokuserad och serviceinriktad person som har lätt för att ta ansvar och bemöta människor med empati. Du är stresstålig, hanterar problem med ett lugn och lösningsorienterat fokus. Du är bra på att både arbeta ensam och tillsammans med andra och du är en uthållig person. Du förväntas vara väl förtrogen med de vanliga IT-verktygen.
