Job Details This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business. Job Overview Are you an experienced and reliable driver seeking a challenging role as a Multi Drop Van Driver? We are currently hiring for the position of Multi Drop Van Driver to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our Fleet and Transport Team, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely completing upwards of 50 drops per day using a 3.5-tonne van. Location: Belfast, BT3 9JQ Contracted Hours: 48 hours per week Contracted Days: Monday-Saturday (6 days per week) Shift Times: Availability will be required from 6am-6pm (with the exception of Saturdays where it is mornings only) Salary: £35,243.52 Key Responsibilities Safely operate a 3.5-tonne van to complete assigned daily pharmaceutical deliveries. Load and unload totes onto the van while maintaining their integrity and security. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction. Keep accurate records of deliveries made, along with any other relevant information. Communicate effectively with the transport team to relay updates or address any issues that may arise during the delivery process. Complete daily vehicle checks to ensure your van is in a roadworthy condition. Ability to lift tote bins weighing up to 25kgs. Carry out upwards of 50 high-volume deliveries per day. . Work Experience Proven experience as a Multi Drop Van Driver or in a similar role. Familiarity with local traffic laws and knowledge of assigned delivery areas/routes. Skills & Knowledge Valid full manual driver's licence with no more than 3 ‘live’ points on your licence. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues. Ability to work independently while adhering to delivery schedules.
