Position: Inside Sales Associate (UK) Job Description: ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to deliver accurate quotations while meeting defined service levels and performance targets. This role requires strong analytical skills, precision, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing accuracy, compliance, and exceptional stakeholder communication. WHAT WILL YOU DO: Deliver accurate quotations within agreed SLAs Maintain exceptional attention to detail to minimize errors and rework Effectively manage, priorities, and monitor workload and queues Consistently meet productivity, quality, and turnaround targets Ensure adherence to vendor requirements, internal policies, and processes Validate correct pricing, configuration, and supporting documentation Proactively identify, investigate, and escalate risks or issues Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities Clear and professional communication skills Team-oriented with a collaborative approach High level of professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs Proficiency in English is required, both written and verbal WHO YOU ARE: Experience in quotations, pricing, sales support, or order management (preferred) Familiarity with vendor pricing models and configurations (nice to have) Experience working with SLAs, KPIs, and performance targets (advantageous) Exposure to CRM, ERP, or pricing systems (desirable) WHAT WE OFFER: Full Permanent contract (CDI) Social advantages: CNSS, CIMR, Health insurance,  Very good working atmosphere in a team of passionate collaborators,  Work culture where you can make an impact,  Dynamic environment with a friendly work atmosphere,  Interesting career development opportunities in a quickly growing environment,  Working within an international organization, recognized worldwide in its sector.  Interested?
