How You Will Make Contributions That Matter We are seeking a Field Services Advisor to support dairy suppliers across the South Gippsland region , based in Leongatha , and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality, sustainable milk supply. In this role, you will work closely with farmers to provide practical, farm‑relevant advice, support milk quality and responsible sourcing, and build strong, long‑term supplier relationships. You will also contribute to supplier retention and recruitment activities within the region. Building trusted relationships through regular on‑farm engagement Providing advice to support milk quality and farm business performance Promoting the benefits of supplying milk to SDA Supporting regional milk supply and recruitment objectives Sharing market and supplier insights with the broader Field Services team About you: Qualification in agriculture or related field, or equivalent industry experience Background in dairy farming, farm management, or dairy advisory services Strong communication skills and ability to manage challenging conversations Practical understanding of dairy systems and milk quality Willingness to travel within the region This is a great opportunity to work in a trusted advisory role with autonomy, variety, and strong industry engagement.
