How you will make contributions that matter Join our Supply Chain team as a Customer Excellence Coordinator based at our ILC, in Laverton North. In this key role, you’ll manage end-to-end domestic customer orders, acting as the main contact for assigned customers and ensuring prompt, accurate order fulfilment in line with account strategies. Manage domestic customer orders, enquiries, and calls Build strong relationships with customers, Account Managers, and internal teams Process EDI and manual orders in SAP Track orders, manage stock, and communicate updates or issues Coordinate with planners, inventory, transport, and 3PL partners Provide order confirmations, COAs, and reports as needed Support Customer Service team during peak periods or absences Adhere to health and safety policies About You Experienced in customer service or customer coordination role Background in supply chain is desirable Excellent communication and relationship management skills Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities Proactive, solutions-focused, and experienced with SAP is ideal We’ll support you with The opportunity to make contributions that matter, whilst being supported by multinational, values led company A competitive annual salary Learning and development opportunities with the ability to grow in your own way Ability to participate in our Employee Share Ownership Program Product Discounts and other employee benefits Click Apply to submit your application.
