Job Description: Your Responsibilities Transformation and Solution Design - Drive SAP TM design on S/4HANA (Embedded or Standalone) aligned to global business templates. Translate complex logistics and transportation requirements into scalable SAP TM solutions. Support ECC to S/4HANA system conversion, landscape transformation, or selective carve‑outs involving TM. Define To‑Be processes and lead Fit‑to‑Standard / Fit‑Gap workshops. Ensure alignment with SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles. Design charge calculation profiles, rate tables, and settlement documents and handle complex scenarios: multi-leg shipments, cross-border logistics, intercompany flows. Consulting customers on the design, optimization, and digitalization of logistics processes in transportation management operations. Conducting requirements analyses, preparing business blueprints, and developing target concepts. Implementation, customizing, and testing in SAP TM (e.g., Order management, Transportation planning, Execution, Freight Settlement) Experience in Business Network for Logistics is a plus Integration of modules with adjacent SAP areas (e.g., SD, MM, LE, EWM) as well as non-SAP systems Managing and leading subprojects or complete project streams, supporting rollouts, migrations, and go-live activities Conducting key user training and ensuring knowledge transfer to internal teams Your Profile/ Needed Skills: 10 + years of professional experience as an SAP TM Consultant with deep domain knowledge in all TM business processes. Experience in implementing SAP TM Shipper scenario Deep understanding of end-to-end logistics processes (transportation, warehouse, procurement, sales) Strong customizing skills in SAP S/4 HANA TM; Should have 2 to 3 Projects implementation experience. Data Migration experience from any legacy system to SAP Experience in conducting workshops, analyze gaps, process modeling, creating technical specifications and build the design documents. Knowledge of common integration interfaces (web services, API) Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and customer orientation At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
