Serve as the single point of contact for the assigned Medical Director’s Office (MDO) for all account management activities. Provide direction and guidance to existing MDO related to any questions or issues. Maintain and expand strong relationships with MDO to support overall account management and operational needs.  Assess and maintain client satisfaction by implementing action plans to uphold high levels of quality service, as directed by management.  Collaborate with various departments to identify, investigate, and resolve MDO inquiries and escalations. Coordinate and identify training opportunities for the sales and operations departments to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.  Assist Account Executives to identify and generate new sales opportunities within existing accounts to promote regional growth opportunities and assist with sales meetings with prospective MDOs.  Performs other duties as assigned.  Complies with all policies and standards Education/Experience: Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of specialty pharmacy, insurance verification, or account management experience. Advanced customer service skills preferred. ScriptMed experience strongly preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Pay Range: $23.23 - $39.61 per hour Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law , including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
