Arrow is looking for a Quality Inspector I - Returns What You'll Be Doing: Responsible for facilitating the product return and replacement process   Provide support to the department, RMA Production Control and Vendor Returns through RMA research, administrative tasks, and process improvements   Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credit to customers   Investigate customer RMA requests through WMS transaction history, Unity/CORS/DMS order history, inventory adjustments, special handling requirements, quality alerts, review of QOIs, datasheets and other documentations   Interface with multiple warehouses , sales, asset, and suppliers for issue resolution   Manage internal and external communications that come through the email , chat and phone   Document all return transactions accurately in the system.   What We Are Looking For:   Relevant system experience with Oracle and ETQ within Arrow Electronics is preferred   Customer Support on a supply chain environment previous experience desirable Basic Quality terms knowledge Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook     Effective communication skills across multiple departments (warehouse, sales, asset, customers)   Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English   Experience performing detail-oriented tasks    Troubleshooting skills, adaptability, competent multitasker   Flexible with schedule   An excellent attendance record    What's In It For You: At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
