We’re assembling a brand-new DevOps team to support one of our major customers – a mature and tech-savvy enterprise working with cutting-edge data center technologies. We are looking for Senior Level Network Support Engineers to grow and thrive with us! Daily challenges Leading deep-level troubleshooting in conjunction with vendor and third-party support; Planning and implementing normal, standard, or emergency changes within the applicable technology platform that you are responsible for; Proactively anticipating issues or situations which impact the service quality; Participating in Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management lifecycle activities;  Building good awareness of the customers’ business and environment, supporting processes and adopting new technologies; Participating in on-call duty shift schedule. eXperience and skills required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or equivalent Min. 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or network support Deep knowledge in TCP/IP, routing (OSPF, BGP), switching (Ethernet, STP, LACP, VTP) and other network technologies and protocols, such as ICMP, ARP, Port-security, etc Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Libraries (ITIL) processes Good communication and documentation abilities Fluent English What we will consider as an advantage:   Cisco CCNP or other equivalent or higher network certification Experience with F5 BigIP Load Balancers (including LTM, ASM modules) Practical experience with Enterprise wireless technologies, such as Cisco 9800 controllers and Aruba networks Experience with Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus switching platforms and willingness to quickly learn, certify and support Cisco ACI solutions Public Cloud (Azure, AWS) C ompany benefits At DXC Technology, we don’t just offer jobs - we build careers.
