The Position Die Gruppe „mEMT Basel and Water Systems“ ist ein Teil der Abteilung Mikrobiologie innerhalb der Quality Control Basel/Kaiseraugst for Drug Substance and Products. Als Experte in der Unit „mEMT Basel and Water Systems“ in der pharmazeutischen Qualitätskontrolle gewährleistest Du ein zuverlässiges und effizientes mikrobiologisches Umgebungsmonitoring für unsere produzierenden Kunden am Standort Basel (Produktion von Wirkstoffen und Entwicklungsprodukten) und für die Sicherheit unserer Produkte und somit für das Wohl der Patienten. Die Möglichkeit: Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für den zu betreuenden Bereich und das Labor als Fachexperte bei mikrobiologischen Fragestellungen zum Umgebungsmonitoring bzw. zur aseptischen Produktion. Des Weiteren: Fachliche oder organisatorische Sicherstellung der Durchführung des mikrobiologischen Umgebungs- und Reinstmedienmonitorings Fachliche Beurteilung von mikrobiologischen Befunden sowie deren Reporting im elektronischen Laborinformationssystem Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Prüfvorschriften, SOPs und anderen GMP-relevanten Dokumenten (z.B. Rationalen und Validierungskonzepten) Überwachung der Einhaltung der laborinternen und behördlichen Vorschriften Vertretung des Labors bei Behördeninspektionen und Audits Mitarbeit in funktionsübergreifenden Projekten sowohl lokal als auch im globalen Roche-Netzwerk Wer Du bist: Du bist offen für neue Ideen und hinterfragst konventionelle Denkmuster. Du schätzt es, in einer leistungsorientierten Umgebung zu arbeiten, die von gegenseitigem Respekt, Diskussion und Zusammenarbeit getragen wird. Du bist eine kommunikative und entscheidungsfreudige Persönlichkeit mit Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsvermögen, die Freude an selbständiger Arbeit hat und auch gerne als Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen fungiert. Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse von IT-Anwendungen im GMP-Umfeld und hast Freude an der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von digitalen Systemen. Dabei arbeitest Du sorgfältig und genau und schätzt Teamarbeit. Des Weiteren: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Mikrobiologie, Biotechnologie oder vergleichbar Ausweis einer mehrjährigen fachlichen Tätigkeit entweder in den Bereichen mikrobiologische Qualitätskontrolle oder der biotechnologischen Produktion Konkrete Erfahrung im Bereich des mikrobiologischen Umgebungsmonitorings Erfahrungen zur Reinraumqualifizierung und/oder aseptischen Prozesssimulationen (APS) sind von Vorteil Erfahrung im Arbeitsumfeld der pharmazeutischen GMP-Analytik  sowie in Behördeninspektionen und Audits Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise Teamfähig, flexibel, belastbar und konfliktfähig Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch   Klingt nach einer spannenden Herausforderung?
