Binnen onze VvE Branch staat klanttevredenheid en langdurige relatie centraal. Wat ga je doen? Voor Regio Zuid Nederland stuur jij samen met je Teamleider een team van liftmonteurs aan en ben jij de spin in het web voor de organisatie van onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Zo plan je onderhoud en keuringen, bestel je de benodigde materialen en houd je je klanten op de hoogte. Je doet administratie, keuringsrapporten en klantrapportages. Je hebt veel contact met klanten en leveranciers en onderneemt de eerste acties bij verzoeken of klachten. Dankzij jou loopt de planning op rolletjes met als doel een tevreden klant. In deze functie bouw je een goede basis op om door te kunnen groeien binnen Otis! Je hebt MBO/HBO denk- of opleidingsniveau en een paar jaar ervaring met in een organisatorische of administratieve rol.  Een klant- en servicegerichte instelling zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend en je beschikt over goede mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheden.
