Job Description: Job Description Responsibilities: EWM Configuration & Implementation: Lead or assist in the implementation of SAP EWM across multiple warehouses, including configuration of inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes. Design, configure, and optimize SAP EWM to meet operational requirements in accordance with business processes and best practices. Provide end-to-end support for EWM functionality, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. Process Improvement: Collaborate with warehouse teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation within the SAP EWM system. Conduct system analysis to identify gaps and suggest solutions for enhancing warehouse operations, reducing costs, and improving productivity. Integration with SAP Modules: Ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules such as SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP WM (Warehouse Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP TM (Transportation Management). Assist in integration efforts between SAP EWM and third-party systems (e.g., transportation management systems, external warehouse providers). Testing & Support: Prepare test plans, perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP EWM enhancements and upgrades. Provide post-implementation support for SAP EWM, troubleshooting issues, and guiding end-users through complex scenarios. Training & Documentation: Develop user manuals, training materials, and documentation for warehouse operations and SAP EWM functionality. Conduct training sessions for warehouse staff and business users to ensure proficiency in SAP EWM operations. Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, including logistics, inventory control, and procurement teams, to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM configurations. Partner with IT to manage system performance, implement updates, and ensure data integrity across warehouse processes. .
