Was dich bei unser erwartet: Du bist die erste Ansprechperson im IT-Support und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kolleg:innen schnell und zuverlässig Hilfe bekommen – freundlich, lösungsorientiert und kommunikativ. Du nimmst an der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit teil und dokumentierst Supportanfragen über unser Ticketsystem ServiceNow. Du löst eigenständig Tickets im Rahmen des 1st Level Supports und leitest sie bei Bedarf an den 2nd oder 3rd Level weiter. Du unterstützt bei der Einrichtung und Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen (Hardware, Software und Netzwerk). Du erstellst und aktualisierst System- und Prozessdokumentationen. Du arbeitest aktiv beim Einhalten und Überwachen der definierten KPIs mit. Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und trägst aktiv dazu bei, unsere Supportprozesse zu verbessern. Du berichtest an deinen Teamleiter Customer Experience Was du mitbringen solltest: Berufseinsteiger:innen willkommen! Wir arbeiten Dich strukturiert ein. Du bist kommunikativ, hilfsbereit und arbeitest gerne im Team. Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Du besitzt Erfahrung im IT-Support, idealerweise im 1st Level Bereich. Du bist bereit, im Wechsel ab 7:00 Uhr zu Beginn oder bis 18 Uhr zu arbeiten, um unsere IT-Verfügbarkeit sicherzustellen. Du denkst und handelst Serviceorientiert. Du hast bestenfalls bereits erste Erfahrungen mit dem Ticketsystem ServiceNow. Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows 10/11 und MacOS, User- und Druckerverwaltung im Aktive Directory MS Office und Intune. Du bringst vorteilhafter Weise Kenntnisse in MS D365, LFS und Ping mit. Du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und gehst strukturiert vor. Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zur Kommunikation mit den Benutzern und im Team. Du bringst gute Englischkenntnisse zur Kommunikation mit dem 2nd Level mit.
