The Position DIE POSITION Als Abteilung für SHE (Safety, Security, Health and Environment) sind wir dafür verantwortlich, eine sichere Arbeitsumgebung zu gewährleisten und die Gesundheit unserer Mitarbeitenden zu schützen. DEINE AUFGABEN Du arbeitest aktiv an der Optimierung unserer SHE-Prozesse mit Du unterstützt bei der Koordination der Nachhaltigkeitsbestrebungen  Du trägst zur Optimierung von Dokumentationsprozessen und Datenakquise bei Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Events zur Steigerung des Bewusstseins von Nachhaltigkeit und Arbeitssicherheit Du erstellst eigenständig Kommunikationsmaterialien zu Nachhaltigkeit und Arbeitssicherheit Du hast die Möglichkeit, eigene Projekte zu planen und umzusetzen Deine Energie bringst Du dort ein, wo Du mit deinen Talenten den größten Impact generieren kannst DEIN PROFIL Du bist immatrikulierter Studierender (m/w/d) des (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesens, Verfahrenstechnik, Umweltmanagement, Arbeitssicherheit, BWL/Management oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge (Bachelor oder Master, keine PhD) oder befindest dich im Gap Year zwischen Bachelor und Master. Du interessierst dich dafür, dein Wissen in einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld im Rahmen eines Praktikums anzuwenden und die pharmazeutische Industrie kennenzulernen. Das sind deine Stärken: Spaß am Kontakt mit Menschen und die gemeinsame Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Konzepten im Team Kommunikation ist eine Stärke von Dir Kreativität und Umsetzungswillen deiner Ideen. Selbstständige Organisation und Strukturierung deines Arbeitsalltags Deine Kombinationsgabe ermöglicht es Dir, verschiedene Ziele und Wünsche zu vereinen und geeignete Lösungen zu finden Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets/Slides). Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Nachhaltigkeit oder Arbeitssicherheit.
