Wir sind verantwortlich für die Abfüllung und Verpackung steriler Arzneimittel und beliefern den weltweiten Markt mit biopharmazeutischen Arzneimittelprodukten. Als Linienmechaniker:in betreuen Sie die dir anvertrauten Anlagen in allen technischen Belangen und arbeiten eng mit den produzierenden Einheiten in den Wertströmen und den lokalen Schnittstellen zusammen. Bringen Sie eine agile und kreative Denkweise mit, um die Produktionsabläufe zu optimieren und die Anlagenverfügbarkeit zu erhöhen. Des Weiteren sind Sie technischer Ansprechpartner für unsere internen Schnittstellen.  Die Möglichkeit Selbstständige Durchführung von Verpackungstätigkeiten gemäß GMP-Vorgaben inkl. Materialabwicklung, In-Prozess-Kontrollen und Musterzügen Mitarbeit in der Routineproduktion als Produktionsexperte (Anlagenbedienung) Selbständige Behebung von Störungen an Produktions- und Nebenanlagen sowie Durchführung technischer Umrüstungen und Formatwechsel Austausch und Anpassung von Maschinenteilen bei Verschleiß oder Defekt, ggf. in Zusammenarbeit mit IHM, IHE und Engineering Unterstützung bei Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, Revisionen und Umbauten sowie produktionsbegleitenden Performance-Checks Aktive Beteiligung an Problemlösungsworkshops unter Anwendung von Lean-Methoden (z. B. A3, 5W, Root Cause Analyse) Dokumentation aller GMP-relevanten Tätigkeiten und Sicherstellung der Produktion nach qualitativen und quantitativen Vorgaben (inkl. SAP, MES, OEE) Wer Sie sind Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im mechanischen oder elektromechanischen Bereich ,sowie Erfahrung in Störungsdiagnose und -behebung Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im GMP-regulierten Umfeld, idealerweise in der pharmazeutischen Verpackung Sie sind bereit, im 3-Schichtbetrieb sowie in einem dynamischen, selbstorganisierten Team zu arbeiten Sie haben strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit gutem technischem und prozesstechnischem Verständnis Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind unentbehrlich; Sicherheit im Umgang mit MS Office, SAP PM von Vorteil Bewerben Sie sich jetzt und werden Sie Teil unseres Teams, um gemeinsam die Zukunft zu gestalten!     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
