The Position Présentation de l’équipe: Au sein du département Customer Experience & Marketing Operations, tu seras amené(e) à travailler en support des chefs de produits sur des projets liés à l’implémentation des tactiques marketing opérationnel pour promouvoir nos solutions et supporter les ventes. . Quel sera ton impact? Accompagner les Chefs de Produits dans la mise en place des campagnes Marketing (qualification de base de données, définition d’objectifs, dispositifs tactiques, déclinaison sur les supports marketing) en utilisant tous les leviers de promotion à notre disposition dans une démarche omnicanale. Promouvoir les actions auprès des équipes Ventes afin d’assurer un suivi efficace dans la gestion des leads (conception de supports de présentation, information / formation). Suivre les KPIs marketing & Business pour mesurer la performance des actions menées en lien avec les équipes internationales, s’assurer de la mise à jour des dashboards et de leur bonne exploitation. Faire le lien entre les équipes marketing Global et Local afin d’assurer une bonne implémentation des contenus produits (suivi des traductions, localisation du contenu pour répondre aux spécificités du marché français, suivi des validations).  Participer à la création et à la mise en forme de contenus marketing adaptés aux différents canaux de diffusion, notamment les campagnes digitales et les réseaux sociaux. Ton ADN: Formation Master 2 spécialisé en Marketing (et idéalement Marketing des produits de santé) Tu es curieux (se), tu as soif d'apprendre et de te perfectionner dans un environnement stimulant. Tu es passionné(e) par le marketing et tu as une très forte appétence pour les nouvelles technologies. Tu aimes manipuler les données et analyser la performance de ce que tu mets en place. Tu as eu l’opportunité de travailler en mode projet (participation/leadership de projet)et  tu es créatif avec une culture du test & learn. Tu aimes travailler avec des personnes d'autres pays et d'autres cultures. Tu disposes d'un bon niveau d'anglais (B1-B2).
