Sie unterstützen unsere Kundinnen und Kunden dabei, Zahlungen schnell und unkompliziert abzuwickeln – im Laden, unterwegs oder online. Unsere Mission: Bargeldlose Zahlungen so einfach und zugänglich wie möglich machen, damit sich unsere Kundinnen und Kunden voll auf ihr Kerngeschäft konzentrieren können. Ihre Aufgaben Direktvertrieb unserer Kartenterminals und der zugehörigen Zahlungsakzeptanz (z. B. Mastercard, VISA) im stationären Handel und im E‑Commerce Eigenständige Neukundengewinnung im KMU-Segment – über warme Leads sowie durch strukturierte Kaltakquise Kontinuierlicher Ausbau des eigenen Kundenstamms und Pflege aller relevanten Geschäftskontakte Erstellung von Angeboten und Aufträgen unter Einhaltung der definierten Verkaufsprozesse Sorgfältige Dokumentation im CRM-System Was Sie mitbringen sollten Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Direktvertrieb, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Neukunden und Kaltakquise Fähigkeit, Leads eigenständig zu generieren und Umsatzziele zuverlässig zu erreichen Sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Routine in der Einwandbehandlung Resilienz und Durchhaltevermögen im Umgang mit Ablehnung Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse schnell zu erkennen und passende Lösungen anzubieten Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Abschlussorientierung Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung im persönlichen Austausch vor Ort Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands und Führerschein der Klasse B Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Was wir Ihnen bieten Damit Sie ideal starten können, erhalten Sie eine intensive und strukturierte Einarbeitung .
