The Position Présentation générale : Au sein du département Finances et de l'équipe Contract Lifecycle Management, tu seras chargé(e) de réaliser le suivi et le pilotage de nos contrats clients Grands Comptes Pharmacies et Direct Patient. Tu garantiras le bon déroulement des activités de back-office des ventes tout en développant tes compétences en gestion administrative et commerciale. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable Contract Lifecycle Management qui t'accompagnera tout au long de ton alternance. Quel sera ton impact ? Améliorer les actions de suivi des contrats clients grands comptes et des prestataires DROM tels que le suivi des budgets promotionnels. Accompagner le déploiement de la politique commerciale via la mise à jour régulière de tableaux de bord et d’outils de suivi. Réaliser des actions de saisie, traitement ou mise à jour des données dans nos systèmes informatiques. Rédiger des offres de prix. Mettre en place des actions de soutien, de back-up ou d’optimisation à toute mission au sein de l’équipe Contract Lifecycle Management.   Ton ADN :  Tu suis une formation en Licence 3 spécialisée en gestion et/ou en administration commerciale Tu es rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et tu as le sens des responsabilités  Tu as un sens développé de la satisfaction client interne et/ou externe  Tu possèdes un bon sens relationnel et une capacité à travailler en équipe et en mode projet  Tu es ouvert(e) d'esprit, à l'écoute, adaptatif(ve) et agile  Tu as d'excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et organisationnelles Tu maîtrises le français à l'écrit et à l'oral  Tu es à l'aise avec les chiffres et l'analyse de données  Tu maîtrises Excel à niveau intermédiaire/avancé, Word niveau intermédiaire, Powerpoint niveau débutant/intermédiaire Ton niveau d'anglais est B1- B2   Relations internes Département Commercial Excellence Clients Grands Comptes Travail en transversalité avec : Marketing opérationnel, Communication, Finances, Réglementaire et Juridique Relations externes Clients grands comptes : grossistes, CAP, groupements, revendeurs/prestataires de santé, centrales publiques/privées, établissements de santé  Fournisseurs et prestataires de services    Alternance de 12 ou 24 mois à compter de Septembre 2026.
